Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a world renowned, leading real estate developer. Our client is heavily investing in retail development and has a number of exciting, flagship properties in the construction / handover phase and is therefore looking to hire a Retail Leasing Director that can offer high level and strategic retail leasing expertise.
You will be responsible for the overall retail leasing of all projects current and future for the client whilst hitting targets set by the board. In addition, you will review and assist with the business plan including budgets and identify new income opportunities and oversee the performance of each individual property. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong and healthy relationships with the major retail operators associated with the malls.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working for reputable organisations in a senior position, offering strategy and leadership surrounding major projects. You should also be able to demonstrate significant UAE / GCC experience within retail leasing and it is essential you have leased major projects in either Europe, the Far East or the Americas.
