Retail Leasing Executive

Job description / Role

Client Profile
• Our client is a well-reputed retail mall in Abu Dhabi, and we are recruiting an experienced Leasing Executive with a strong background in UAE shopping mall lease administration to be responsible for the retail lease activities and administration.

The Role
• Maintain the lease database and lease rate card, prepare offer letters, tenancy agreements and lease documentation related to new tenants, renewals, cancellations and amendments, approval submissions, insurance and bank guarantees and follow up on tenant payments.

Essential Skills & Experience Required
• 3 – 4 years’ retail leasing administration experience and Tawtheeq agreements through the Tawtheeq portal.
• Proficient use of MS Office including Excel.

Requirements

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

Candidate Profile
• Currently living in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
