Retail Leasing Executive - Kiosk and Temporary Space

Our client, a well-known retail and asset management company is currently looking for a Retail Leasing Executive (Kiosk and Temporary Space) to provide assistance and support for all leasing and property management issues.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manages and directs the daily activities of the retail leasing department in accordance with the Company policies and standards.
• Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Identifying problem areas and proactively improving performance of operational matter such as Security, Cleaners and keeping, merchants and corporate management informed of operational activities and issues.
• Build good relationship with key clients.

Requirements

• A degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience in leasing retail/commercial/shopping centres with a reputed real estate company.
• Must have leasing experience of Kiosk and Temporary Space
• Strong working knowledge of leasing aspects in the real estate business particularly in the Middle East.
• A good understanding of the regional and local real estate/ property development market
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Excellent Communications skills
