Retail Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

A leading Retail Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to work on one of their major retail developments in Abu Dhabi. The role will require the successful individual to identify potential suitable brands across sections such as fashion, f&b, jewellery, homewares etc and carry out all lease negotiations and subsequent contracts. The role will also require the individual to work closely with current tenants on lease renewals and amendments. This is a great opportunity for someone to join one of the most successful Malls in the region and offers real career progression opportunity.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of retail leasing and have worked with a variety of retailers and as such already have good contacts and relationships. They must also be passionate about retail and have the drive and ability to close deals and think "outside the box" Experience of Luxury retail would be an advantage but is not essential
