Retail Manager - Car Paints

Job description / Role

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that was established in 1948.

- Oversees the day-to-day operations of retail sales team, conduct daily sales meeting and plan the time management with every salesman on daily basis.
- Provide a weekly products training meeting with sales team and put a fully sales target plan and strategy.
- Estimate the new projects, check the costings and follow-up the important orders till be handed over to our store.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management within paints industries.
- Must have in-depth understanding of paints, coatings, and building materials, including familiarity with the latest trends, products, and application techniques.
