We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Retail Manager to oversee a network of stores for a prestigious luxury fashion brand

Description
* Manage and support a network of stores within the region, ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance store performance.
* Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions.
* Collaborate with the global head office and other regional managers to align on brand strategies and initiatives.
* Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
* Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Offer
* AED 35,000 - AED 40,000

* Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations and driving business growth.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make strategic business decisions.
* Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
