Our Client is an OEM based from regional headquarters in Dubai; they are seeking to recruit a dynamic, customer experience focused Retail Network Development Manager to join their Team.

This is a super opportunity to join a progressive automotive manufacturer to enhance the retail network in over fifty countries. You’ll join a team and have responsibility for Distributors’ Brand Compliance Management, Dealer Audit Standards, Sales Training and Digital Development.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

At least 3 to 5 years OEM experience within dealer development, brand compliance management, dealer standards audit, mystery shopping, digital channel development and sales training etc. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in Arabic and English (optional French). Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook etc) knowledge. Premium brand experience preferred.
