Position Title: Retail Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family status and company car

About the Client:
A leading food and beverage distributor, manufacturer, and third-party logistics service provider based in UAE
Job Description:
• Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions and weekly sales meetings.
• Have a clear understanding of each type of product and be able to ascertain if the quality is up to standards.
• Have knowledge of all customer complaints and ensure that all complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely fashion.
• Assist in the procurement of all necessary materials for the sales department.
• Work closely with logistic and distribution department to ensure that all orders are filled properly and in a timely manner.
• Have complete knowledge of all customer requirements and product specifications as well as UAE and GCC market.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Business qualification or MBA or graduate in sales and marketing
• At least 10 years’ experience in retail sales in UAE and GCC market
• Solid background experience in B2C, B2B environment and sales leadership roles
• Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license
