Job description / Role
• Greets customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Serves customers by helping them select products and provide them with excellent customer service
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Informs management about customer feedback and future customer interest based on conversations with visiting customers
• Prepares packages for orders received through online channels
Requirements
• Min high school diploma
• Min 1 year of retail (store) sales experience
• Fluency in English
• Arabic and Turkish are plus
• Good communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented
