In-house hiring – Retention & conversion agents (Dubai | UK market)

We are currently hiring in-house retention and conversion agents for a trusted global brand operating in regulated, high-volume markets. This role will manage the UK desk from our Dubai office.

Target geo: UK
Strong English speakers required
British accent is a strong advantage

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in retention, re-activation, conversion, sales, or client recovery
  • Forex, CFD, or trading experience – a strong advantage
  • Ethical mindset with strong closing ability
  • Performance-driven professionals ready to work on-site in Dubai
  • Ability to manage high-value UK clients and drive strong deposit volumes
  • Candidates currently based in Dubai preferred or willing to relocate to Dubai
