Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
• Assist in the monitoring of correct system set up and reservation flow, data quality in order to support the Revenue Manager in taking strategic decisions, inventory and rate availability planning
• Should perform other duties assigned by superior(s).
• Involved in developing revenue initiatives on total revenue management inclusive of all revenue generating departments which could include finding data, planning and organizing reporting schemes, assist in drawing conclusions and commentary on various KPIs, analysis of comparisons
• Liaising and networking with a range customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Involved in all e-commerce activities including rate structure and observation of rate parity and rate display on various online channels, B2B and B2C, content display, selling paths and customer buying experience
• Assisting when requested to social media campaigns, content, feedback and guest reviews management
• Assisting with various reports and statistics as requested by the Director of Revenue
• Assist and follows up with customer feedback related to the Reservations department
• Conducting market research/surveys, actively in marketing intelligence. Monitors competitors activities at all times
• Be actively involved in planning and executing of strategical actions and tactics agreed by the management under the supervision of the Revenue Manager
• Development and execution of the online activities to drive business including content updates
• Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online with the design
• Responsible to submit weekly report with detailed activities of undertaken actions
• Actively involved in suggesting ideas to enhance traffic in Rooms and all outlets including F&B & Spa
• Regularly review competitive websites in terms of product range, marketing, pricing, content, booker experience, competitiveness of sales conditions and rates
