Revenue Analyst

Supporting the Revenue Director in the hotel long term strategy in all revenue related operations aspects are adhered to, also ensuring the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.

What you will be doing:

- To manage all revenue operations related aspects are adhered to when needed, also ensuring the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
- Able to proactively recommend strategy adjustments based on the analysis made
- System oriented skills, strong understanding of excel (basics, VBA, generic macros and able to simplify processes/DATA) - able to develop strong excel tools to support the analysis
- Understand of pricing positioning through OTA insight and RMS as IDEAS
- Able to correlate the right communication to the appropriate stakeholder based on the analysis found. High communication skills enabling to explain the recommendations found.
- Fully understand demand and supply, mix oriented strategies in a designated market / submarket
- Assist the Director of Revenue in forecast, budget & analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with occupancy of rooms & function space inventory
- Completely support the revenue director and reservation manager while absent/off
- Strong organizational skills required to lead projects.

- Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions in relation to the hotel's pricing and market mix strategy.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- 2-4 years of Experience in the similar area.
- Fluent in English
- Profile with Master in one of the recognized hospitality schools is a plus.
