Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities:
• Assist with revenue maximization by reaching out to customers from EMEAA and USA to validate their reservation date
• Informing customers of cancellation policies as per their contracts
• Prompt coordination with Regional Sales Manager and Account Executive team in case a customer is at risk of cancelling an event
• Intelligence gathering and providing ad-hoc reports on cancelled and at-risk of cancellation events if necessary
• Reporting to: Senior Manager- Revenue Manager
• Duration: Temporary Contract (One Year)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday from 12.00 pm to 08.00 pm

Requirements

Specialist knowledge:
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions quickly and follow up to ensure resolution
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible with changes
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
