Revenue Cycle Manager

One of our clients is seeking to hire Revenue Cycle Manager.

The person will be responsible for managing the insurance operations of the Hospital including the planning and contract negotiation of tariffs with insurance companies as well as managing the entire submissions of claims, rejections, and reconciliations to maximize the profitability of the business.

Qualifications Essential Requirements:

UAE experience in a clinic or medical center setting in a similar role Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems, and objectives. Knowledge of ICD 9 & 10 and CPT codes Knowledge of accounting systems, insurance billing and collecting and budgets. Skilled in planning, organizing, and supervising. Skilled in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making. Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients and the public. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally desired

Requirements

- Requirements: Certified Medical Coder Graduate in Medicine, Pharmacy or other related medical education experience
- Experience: 6 – 8 years’ Experience in the same role.
- Education Requirements: MBBS (Medicine) Qualifications: MBBS (Medicine)
- Knowledge of coding, should be Fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
