Job description / Role

Our Client, a high-growth start up in the hospitality/real estate sector is looking for a Revenue Manager:

The Revenue Manager would:
- Put processes in place
- Update planning and pricing across various mediums
- Pricing analysis and rate management
- Create and implement the strategy of the business

Role Specific Functions:
- Formulate overall Pricing Structure
- Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy through all distribution channels
- Closely monitor competitive pricing
- Pro-actively identify soft spot periods and prepare a soft spot revenue management plan
- Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management
- Identify and develop new sales leads, meet with clients
- Define and implement an agreed sales plan
- Deliver revenue against agreed targets and objectives
- Manage the sales pipeline while building relationships with both new and existing customers
- The Revenue Manager has sole responsibility for the quality of all pricing setup
- Manage all customer interactions from initial enquiry to in-country arrival
- Development and analysis of competitive reports and forecasts
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

- The ability to handle pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Attention to detail critical
- Excellent time management and organisation

Level of Education: Bachelors Degree

Areas of study: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management

Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a revenue management role within a hotel or holiday home operator in the UAE

Languages: English (fluent), Arabic (desirable), Russian (desirable)
