Job description / Role
Main responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing & updating designs, quantity calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings in a timely manner across various stages of a project
• Use REVIT/ CAD software as a tool for solving basic architectural problems
• Maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes
• Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
• Coordinate with engineers and other team members to ensure timely and correct design, preparation and release of drawings to support a project
• Be familiar with drawing standards and layout
• The responsibilities of this position are as mentioned above, but are not limited to the same

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable

Objectives: To be an integral part of the project team, assisting in preparation of architectural drawings using REVIT
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the related discipline
Other certifications obtained: REVIT, 3D Modelling
Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years related work experience
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Job experience in design consulting firm and large projects is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook)
• Communicates effectively both orally and on paper
• Has a systematic and methodological approach
• Be a dependable & hardworking team player
