Position Title: Revit BIM Designer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading providers of digital signages in the UAE.

Job Role:
• Responsible for Revit Project Setup
• Collaborate with the project teams with the generation of various BIM deliverables to clients, including modelling and detailing for project documents
• Manage internal resources, tasks and project budgets
• Assist project managers with model presentation for project teams and client meetings
• Collaborate with the project teams with the generation of various BIM deliverables to clients, including modelling and detailing for project documents
• Work on multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
• Manage multi discipline, and multi company projects

Requirements

• 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Industrial Design / Engineering or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in BIM, Revit or equivalent BIM software
• Knowledgeable in BIM Tasks add family editing, expanded modelling skills, understanding of BIM Workflows and project setup
• Proficient with 3D modelling, including corridors grading, alignments, profiles, and structural calculations and fixing details
• Hands-on experience in CAD Tasks which includes CAD content editing, style editing, 3D modelling from base CAD/Vertical application, CAD file integration into a project
• Exceptional 3D modelling skills including parametric control of 3D solids within a family or block
• Ability to define clarity tasks for project
• Excellent communication skills in English
