Job description / Role
Objectives:
• To provide shop drawings to various projects ensuring technical excellence and coordination of relevant project data.
• Main responsibilities: Prepare all drawings for Schematic design/shop drawings and Develop Final Design as per verbal descriptions and rough sketches from Architects.
• Prepare, develop and revise shop drawings based on original design and as per engineer instructions and consultant comments.
• Prepare and submit technical inquiries to Technical Engineer
• Prepare blow up details for site execution assistance according to the technical engineer and approved drawings
• Prepare detailed drawings and data sheets as per the requirements of the projects and under guidance of the technical engineer
• Obtains site measurements from Land Surveyors and prepare as built drawings
• Maintain all the technical and engineering drawings pertaining to the projects concerned
• Reporting to: Architecture/Structural/ Technical
Requirements
Education/ Qualification:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering / 3 year diploma in Draftsmanship or equivalent Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UAE as a Revit Draftsman
• Very good knowledge of REVIT
