Job description / Role
• To provide shop drawings to various projects ensuring technical excellence and coordination of relevant project data.
• Prepares all drawings for Schematic design/shop drawings, and for Final Design Developments as per verbal descriptions and rough sketches from design and senior engineers
• Prepare, develop and revise shop drawings based on original design and as per engineer instructions and consultant comments.
• Prepare and submit technical inquiries to Technical (structural / architectural) Engineer
• Prepare blow up details for site execution assistance according to the technical engineer and approved drawings
• Prepare detailed drawings and data sheets as per the requirements of the projects and under guidance of the technical engineer
• Obtains site measurements from land surveyors / survey manager and prepare as built drawings
• Checks and ensures adherence of all drawings to all projects specifications and local standards
• Maintains all the technical and engineering drawings pertaining to the projects concerned
• Prepare filling for drawings revisions and control the outgoing revisions as per approvals
Requirements
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or 3 years’ diploma in draftsmanship or equivalent
• Excellent using of Revit (preferably)
Experiences:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE with same background in contracting field
• Team work ability
• Strong math skills
• Problem-solving skills and artistic ability
