Job description / Role
International Architecture firm seek Senior Architectural Technologists for largescale project delivery in Dubai.
Joining a well structured and secure business pipeline, this is a professional Architecture business revered for high quality of design and delivery standards.
• Responsible for implementing the project plan and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time.
• Responsible for monitoring design and construction documentation and maintain technical excellence on all projects.
• Managing a team of architects and technicians, the Senior Architectural Technologist is responsible for design development is produced to the highest standard and within timelines, the documentation adheres to local codes, oversees the technical detailing of the projects, writing and collating NBS specifications, coordination of sub consultants and dealing with client representatives on technical issues.
• Project involvement includes handing over of technical data to post contract teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Hands on team management is required.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in an Architectural Practice, ideally most recently in the Middle East/Dubai
• Degree in Architecture from a recognised international university, CIAT registration preferred
• Strong proficiency in AutoCad and Revit
• Self motived and flexible
• Report writing, communication and presentation skills
• Previous team management experience is ideal.
• Large scale project experience and an employment history which shows dedication to projects and previous employer is required.
