Our client, a leading family group with a strong focus on real estate is looking to hire a Reward Manager who is able to provide expertise to HR and the wider business in the specialist area of Compensation & Benefits, helping ensuring that the business focuses on best business practices as well as business performance.


This role requires someone that is able to benchmark the current compensation and benefits package with other organizations to maintain a desired market position, manage the process of grade allocation for new and existing roles using KPIs for job evaluation whilst working closely with the HR Director and wider management to drive the strategic direction of the Comp & Bens function across the business.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to have a strong analytic HR background with experience in rewards, job evaluation, benchmarking and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. You will need to have exceptional Advanced Excel skills with a strong level of aptitude for maths and problem saving, ideally have worked with an organisation that has been able involved in Hay evaluations and know how to be a confident presenter, who is able to handle challenges in a positive way. This is a great role for someone that truly enjoys analysis and enjoys HR.
