Job description / Role
Our client a top tier multinational business, is a seeking a Rewards / Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their HR function for a 6 month interim contract.
You will have a clear track record in the following:
* Organisational Design & Change
* Experience of Executive Rewards, LTI's & STI Plans
* Job grading and salary benchmarking surveys
* Ability to prepare pay decks for contract bids
* Excellent analytical skills with prior background in using Mercer / Hay reward data
* Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 - 10 years Rewards experience with a combination of in-house and consultancy experience . You shall have fantastic numerical and analytical skills with an excellent command of English language.
Since this is a contract position with an immediate need to hire, our client will only consider candidates who are immediately available or can start at short notice.
