An expanding innovative and highly respected Engineering business urgently requires an experienced Rewards Specialist for maternity cover.

The role is to develop the company’s compensation and benefits offering using Hay methodology. You will interpret market information into a workable structure which fits the business on a global basis and develop an
employee mobility policy.

Requirements

We would like to hear from individuals with around 10 years’ experience in rewards with global exposure. A desire to work in a fast moving, open and collaborative culture where recognition and support is the norm,will not be disappointed. The role will be very challenging and you will be part of a great team.
