What we are looking for: Rewards Specialist

We are recruiting for a Rewards Specialist who will be responsible for analysing and reviewing salary structures and compensation schemes throughout the Group, in line with best practices and business objectives, to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

What you will do:

- Support the design of the function's yearly plan
- Drive the yearly salary review (budget directions, inflation studies) in collaboration with the Performance team
- Review existing salary structure
- Assess, review and update existing rewards policies, programs and incentives, identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement incentive and benefit programs (sales incentives, commission schemes, etc.)
- Conduct ad-hoc job evaluations for new roles created by our business and validated by our Job Family sponsors
- Benchmark roles against market and peer groups
- Project manage system implementations and integrations with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with People Partners to deploy and activate new initiatives and tools within the Business
- Keep abreast latest market trends, practices and tools/technologies
- Report on Diversity and Inclusion from a Rewards perspective


What you need to succeed in this role:

- Minimum 7 years of experience; preferably in Rewards Consulting
- Ability to conceptualize and implement rewards strategies, incentive plans
- A proven track record in designing and delivering solutions in the rewards space
- Strong analytical capabilities, and business acumen
- Good understanding of performance management systems
- Advanced project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Proficiency in Plano (Oracle) is a big plus
