Employment: Full Time

The Risk and Controls Manager, along with functional and operational leads, will identify and assess threats, put plans in place and establish controls across the organisation. The Risk and Control Manager establishes and maintains the Group risk management framework.

Description

The Risk and Controls Manager will be responsible for

* Implementing and developing the group's credit, risk and compliance procedures
* Establish risk management frameworks for both group and subsidiaries
* Conduct key risk meetings with stakeholders at all levels
* Align current risk and controls framework
* Develop risk planning models, controls and metrics
* Periodic compliance and risk management testing to forecast any emerging risks
* Develop reports for management and the board
* Establish and maintain risk management framework

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years working within risk and control (ideally as Risk and Controls Manager) - essential
* Bachelor's Educated to bachelor's degree level - essential
* English speaking - essential
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - essential
* Strong organizational skills - essential
* Strong problem solving skills - essential
