Missions

As a wealth management generalist, the Client Service Officers (RM Assistant) works within a team of assistants.
You support one or several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the bank's image. You act as a link between the operational departments of the bank, the employees, and the clients.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments;
• Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities;
• Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal);
• Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and control the correct execution;
• Control client identification and callbacks;
• Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures.

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum : Bac +3 / L3
Formation / Spécialisation : University degree or equivalent
Niveau d'expérience minimum : 3 - 5 ans
Expérience : At least 5 years of relevant experience in front office private banking.

• Customer oriented, self-motivated and meticulous.

Outils informatiques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications.
• Knowledge of S2i is a strong asset.

Langues

Excellent command of English mandatory. French is a strong asset.
