Road Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Road Safety Coordinator to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation and monitoring of road safety initiatives, aiming to reduce incidents and promote a culture of safety in our community. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement road safety programs and initiatives for the organization and the community.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current road safety measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and community organizations to promote road safety campaigns.
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and community outreach programs focused on safe road practices.
- Analyze data related to road traffic incidents to track and report on safety performance and trends.
- Monitor compliance with road safety regulations and standards, and recommend necessary policy changes.
- Compile and present reports on road safety initiatives to various stakeholders, including government agencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Traffic Engineering, Public Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in road safety or traffic management.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with community members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with traffic analysis software is a plus.
- Passionate about community safety and proactive in implementing positive change.
