Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source a Road User Charging Operations Manager.
Our client, a large Transportation Consultancy firm, providing specialized consultancy services in the field of transportation.
• You will work as an on-site operations manager, shall be responsible for managing all contractor responsibilities for overall operation of the road user charging system.
• You will report to the Operations Director, managing the operators and coordinates with the payment systems and maintenance teams.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Tolling/road user charging/traffic management center operations manager/senior supervisor.
• Operations management and support for transportation management systems.
• Understanding of road user charging for congestion management.
• Tracking system maintenance and availability in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of operations centre key performance indicators and metrics and the ability to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Staff mentoring, training and documentation development.
• Experience in, and thorough understanding of operational policies, procedures and best practice implementation.
To Succeed you must:
• Must be able to master use of the system interfaces and functions, understand its connectivity with business rules and functions, and train/support the road user charging supervisors and operators to an excellent level of performance.
• Have thorough understanding and experience of implementing data quality control measures.
• Have Excellent MS Excel, data management skills, data quality control and reconciliation, and experience in using Business Intelligence tools.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Hold a Technical graduate degree.
• UAE experience and familiarity with Abu Dhabi.
