Job Description

This role involves teaching robotics, coding, and STEM activities to students from grades 1-8 through structured sessions, project-based learning, and real-world applications. The instructor will also help develop course content, support competitions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in robotics, STEM, and coding (using LEGO, Arduino, or similar kits).
• Facilitate hands-on workshops that teach design thinking, logic, and teamwork.
• Guide students in building and programming robots, and help them complete projects.
• Maintain structured lesson plans, attendance records, and assessment reports in the CRM/LMS.
• Support curriculum development and STEM activity planning.
• Prepare students for in-house exhibitions, competitions, and presentations.
• Manage classroom setup, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for events and outreach.
• Provide parents with feedback on student performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or related fields.
• 2-4 years teaching/training experience in robotics, coding, or STEM education (UAE experience preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of LEGO Spike/EV3, Arduino, or Scratch / Python / Block-based programming.
• Ability to teach related courses (Abacus, coding, or math enrichment) is an advantage.
• Excellent classroom communication and child engagement skills.
• Strong organization and reporting discipline.
• Passion for innovation, creativity, and student learning outcomes.
