Job description

• Ensures that all guest rooms, floor corridors are cleaned and well-maintained based on prescribed standards.
• Provides for cleanliness and maintenance of pantries, service area and trolleys.
• Provides for turn down service of guest rooms based on prescribed standards.
• Reports to the shift supervisor the repairs, maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies in room status.
• Anticipates, responds to guest requirements and requests.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Min. 1 year experience in similar role in a reputed hotel is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
