Position Title: F&B Runner - Pre Opening
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality

Job Description:
- Assist in the setup and organization of the dining and kitchen areas, ensuring that all food and beverage stations are stocked with the necessary supplies.
- Responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables between courses and ensure that the dining area remains tidy and well-maintained throughout service.
- Double-check orders to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies or issues to the kitchen or management team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:
- Male, 38 years old and below
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in food service, hospitality, as a food or beverage runner in a high-end or fine dining environment
- Experience in a pre-opening setting or in Italian cuisine or restaurants and familiarity with proper table service, food and beverage etiquette are a must

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 3,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
