Job description / Role
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
• Train and supervise Runner teams and ensure that they are well-trained and proficient of all beverage and pastry recipes and presentations
• Assists in setting up tables by placing appropriate tableware, utensils, decorations, and other necessities
• Relays information between guests, waiters/waitresses, management, and kitchen staffs
• Handles guests’ concerns professionally
• Closing the dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or vacuuming the floors, and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
• Adhere to the company's policies and procedures
• Follow standards required by Law and by the Management are maintained at all times
Requirements
Requirements:
• 35 years old and below
• Diploma in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must have a pleasing personality, good customer service skills and professional looking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
