Russian Speaking Sales Executive - Luxury Jewellery

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Russian Speaking Sales Executive to join our prestigious luxury jewellery team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a discerning clientele, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with Russian-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales targets by effectively showcasing our exclusive luxury jewellery collections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Provide impeccable customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure all jewellery pieces are securely handled and displayed.

- Fluent in Russian and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE luxury market and customer preferences is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work for 6days

Salary:
AED 7,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
