Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working with an established client who are currently looking to expand their Sales team for their Dubai based showroom. Our client is a technology-focused hardware retailer and exclusive Sales partner for a market-leading brand. This opportunity is for a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is provided to the clients, ranging from VIP’s to HNWI’s. You will have an impressive knowledge of the brands technology hardware and successfully use this to meet and exceed your set sales targets. You will be responsible for developing positive relationships with clientele and be the main point of contact for any questions or queries regarding the company and their services both pre and post-sale.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be confident, outgoing and very customer service focused. Due to the roles requirements, you will need to be a fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker with excellent English. The ideal candidate should be holding a bachelor’s Degree (attested) in a relevant field.
Previous experience within a Sales role and dealing with VIP clientele would be highly advantageous.
