Job description / Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in the field of laundry and kitchen equipment industry to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
List of responsibilities:
• Selling, promoting, and achieving sales target and budget of industrial laundry equipment for various market industry and segments such as hotel, hospitals, and commercial laundry and dry cleaning shops.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the assigned market industry and segment.
• Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price and to help the company with the necessary information and research for keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them and to do the necessary market research and competition and to increase the company market and customer database.
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her assigned market and segment.
• Prepare reporting as needed such as monthly sales analysis, sales forecasting and targeting and market challenges.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
• Nature and length of previous experience: minimum of 3 years in sales of industrial laundry equipment.
• Specialist knowledge: Knowledge in industrial laundry equipment
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: good communication skills, closing deals, selling, negotiation
• Age Range: 26-40
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE, GCC
