POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities. To create long-term, trusting relationships with the customers.
Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business with existing clients and customers and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Responsible for educating customer regarding Managed Print Services and sell appropriate solutions as per their requirements.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Responsible for participating in the collections of outstanding receivable with the customers as per the contracts terms and conditions.
• Responsible for identifying leads for Production Print Services and pass it to the concerned department.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by RICOH reading new product features, new technology maintaining personal networks; participating in printing industry related exhibitions .

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES

Relevant Experience:
• 3 years’ sales experience as account manager out of which 2 years in the office automation industry preferably in UAE.

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Account Management Experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Excellent Presentation, Negotiation Skills
• UAE Driver’s License.
