Employment: Full Time

E & I Emirates (Emirates, Electrical & Instrumentation Company) is a Electrical and Instrumentation Contractor in the Oil & Gas and Energy Sector in the Middle-East. The company was established in 2002 and is providing the following services:

• Studies and detail design
• Production marshaling and DCS Cabinets
• Low current electrical systems
• Power Quality monitoring & improvement
• Virtual Instrumentation
• Instrumentation
• Process control systems
• Applied Electronic
• Fire & gas, security & CCTV systems
• All electrical activities in hazardous areas
• Metrology & calibration
• After sale services and maintenance

EE&I now seeks to hire a Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling Technical Assistance Services for Electrical & Instrumentation works in Oil & Gas, Power, Aluminum, Steel, Water, Cement, Food & Beverage sectors
• Generate and execute sales plans to the existing and prospective customer base, to meet defined sales targets and profit margins
• Generate sales leads for Technical Assistance Services through the existing customer base and explore new customer & vendor base in the UAE.
• Maintain customer database (current and prospective) and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders in the assigned area
• Identify customer requirements and offer our services and explore new areas of business development
• Work with the Pre Sales team to prepare and produce a compliant technical proposal that addresses customer requirements; offering solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
• Pursue customers on the proposals submitted and convert it into an order focusing on profit maximization
• Coordinate with Pre Sales team to ensure that post order customer requirements are met
• Register sales leads generated in CRM and update regularly to ensure quality of data/information.
• Prepare and submit reports (weekly call plan activity report, monthly/quarterly forecast report etc.) to the Department Head
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through business and technical support to customer accounts; identifying and resolving customer challenges, and escalating as required
• Monitor and analyses sales and marketing activities of key competitors
• Experienced in Account & Channel Management, developing and implementing strategies based on account potential
• Analyze Win / Loss, market potential and account potential

Requirements

Educational Qualification Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering

Skills & Professional Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in working with CRM systems
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Experience Requirements:
• 6-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing role selling Services & Solutions for “Electrical & Instrumentation Works” in the Middle East preferably UAE
• Proficient in Commercial/Technical review processes
