Job description / Role
A leading entrepreneurial company that serves specialized Marketing solutions for the Healthcare Industries tailored through the extended networks across GCC, North Africa, South Africa and Europe is now looking for a European or Arabic speaker experienced Sales Representative for the MENA region.
The incumbent will take on the responsibility of selling to existing customers and finding new customers, visit existing customers to finalize deals that are under negotiation and to discuss sales of Marketing solutions tailored to their business. You will also meet new prospects to follow up sales leads, actively seek new sales opportunities and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
The main focus will be on retaining or increasing business with a select group of existing customers and your prime responsibility is strengthening the loyalty of customers and protecting the business against attacks from competitors.
- Work to meet revenue targets set by sales managers.
- Put together strategic account plans that include revenue targets for each product the company sells
- Actions that the company must take to strengthen relationships with the customer
- Deal with a complex decision-making team and aim to negotiate long-term supply contracts
- Aim to build relationships with purchasing officials, technical decision-makers, and senior executives who influence the choice of supplier
- Act as team leader, coordinating internal resources to ensure that customers receive the highest standard of service from every department they deal with
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience in sales or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Travel up to 10% of the time
