Job description / Role
G4S is currently looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager for Electronic Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible in generating sales from a portfolio of small to big business accounts in accordance with agreed quarterly targets and to maximize company profitability.
Responsibilities includes (but not limited to) the following:
• Generate new sales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales target.
• Identify new potential clients within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and products.
• Provide customers and potential customers with information about the company products and services.
• Maintain awareness of the market (clients, competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase conversion rate.
• Maintain all required record of sales activities and use of company CRM appropriately.
• Maintain awareness of the development in sales process and product development.
• Ultimate responsible for all proposals and tender submittals
• Liaise with the operations team and act as a liaison between customers and operations on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completion and maintenance.
• Routinely meet the customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.
• Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by the Head of Sales and BD.
• Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
• Adherence to the Quality Management Systems procedures and its performances.
• Perform other related activities as and when required by the Head of Sales and Business Development.
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or any related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 5 years Sales and BD experience specializing in Electronic Security Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Video Analytics, etc.
• Proven sales track record.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office and Google for Work applications.
