Employment: Full Time

Sales Account Manager - ICT Dubai

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Job holder will be required to protect the company's interest, plan and forecast projects from prospective customers, will be responsible for achieving yearly quota and propose solutions (technical and commercial) from the company to prospective customers.

Experience in our portfolio of Solutions and products in Storage, Virtualization, Security and Disaster recovery is required.

Product knowledge and experience include HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, F5, Vmware, Blue Coat and EMC.

Dubai Market experience in the above mentioned fields is a must, specifically in the Public sector in Dubai.

Main responsibilities:
- Protect and respect the company's confidentiality of all information that is provided or obtained related to all aspects of business of the company or its partners, distributors, suppliers and customers.
- Comply to ISO within the company.
- Plan and Forecast Projects from Prospective Customers.
- Responsible for Achieving Yearly Quota.
- Propose Technical and Commercial Solutions from the company to the Prospective Customers.

Requirements

- University or Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Dubai Market with similar products/solutions
- Related previous work experience
- Strong relationship with customers
- Experience in selling similar products

Specialist knowledge:
- Achieving high productivity and profitability on yearly budget
- Opportunity Qualification, Proposal Development and closing
- Account Planning and Alignment
- Customer Relationship Management
- Relationship management with Vendors and Distributors
- Attending Trainings, Events, Seminars and Workshops (at least for building relationships)
- Product knowledge and technical assessment
- Market and customer oriented
- Sales certificates

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills
- Motivated, team worker, enthusiastic and confident
- Negotiation skills to obtain best payment and credit facilities.
