Job description / Role

- Responsible for supporting Regional Sales Manager, Distributors and End Users in their sales inquiries.
- Responsible to all Customer queries and continuously build Customer confidence and service quality.
- Responsible in preparing Material Receipt for related orders, Delivery Processing, Invoicing, Shipping and Transportation documentation
- To carry out variety of sales support functions to assist with timely execution & processing of inquiries, tenders and sales orders.
- Liaison with our external service hubs located outside of UAE, and assisting with CRM inputs and control & maintenance of customer data base.
- Follow up / expediting of open actions to assist meeting customer deadlines.
- Other general sales duties primarily related to duties in optimizing customer care and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Well versed in coordination, follow ups, excellent in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP will be preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably within specialty steels segment (Bars and Tubulars) and upstream O&G industry
- Self-organized individual with high degree of individual responsibility and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills, team-player with coordinating skills and assertiveness
- Strong problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking with good analytical skills
- Excellent command of English – oral and written
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting would be an advantage
- College diploma in sales & marketing, business administration or engineering discipline
