Job description / Role
You will be responsible in handling all activities related to Dubai Land Department (DLD), including but not limited to: project registration, title deed registration and cancellation, and tenancy contract registration and cancellation. You will also attend to and resolve any issues with DLD. You are also expected to liaise with the in-house legal department and regularly update reports related to returned cheques.
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years real-estate experience in the UAE. Experiential knowledge in DSR, Oqood and Ejari system and processing will be a definitive advantage.
Requirements
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can speak English fluently, Arabic speaking skills could be an advantage. You are proficient in MS Office applications. Since you will mainly be out of the office, you should hold a valid UAE driving license. You are well-organised and with high-attention to details. You are resourceful, pro-active, reliable, and a problem-solver. You are able to work under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
