Job description / Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our sales team in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documents
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis for management review
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships and expanding the customer base
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the Engineering / Oil and Gas industry is a plus
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
