Job description / Role
We are looking for a Sales Advisor - Footwear Expert to join a Luxury Retail Brand in Dubai Mall.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales target
* Provide an exceptional customer service experience by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the brand's products and history
* Achieve KPI goals (quantitative and qualitative)
* Provide trainings to new joiners
* Contribute to the daily operations of the store and organizing the stocks
* Follow standards and guidelines
* Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury/Premium Retail (FOOTWEAR)
* Excellent knowledge of footwear (trends, types of leather, knowledgeable about product line)
* Good sales techniques
* Excellent English communication skills (Third Language: Arabic, Chinese, Russian would be a plus)
