Sales Agent

Job description / Role

* Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market.
* Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
* Be familiar with the latest market trends and market conditions.
* Provide assistance and guide clients in their listings search.
* Make appointments and meet with clients to discuss their needs and wants
* Go to properties with clients
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Driven individual and highly competitive of achieving highest sales revenues.
* Connect clients with other needed professionals who offer real estate-related services (for example loan processors and home inspectors)
* Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as lawyers, banks, etc.
* Provide assistance and support clients in closing deals

• Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 Years experience as real estate agent or related field
• Specialist knowledge: Mortgage Finance, Dubai Property Market, RERA Law, Dubai Properties
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling, Good Negotiator
