Profile:

We at Property Shop Investment LLC are looking for a passionate property sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Work on sales scripts with agents.
• Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings.
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
• Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with the sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidays.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.
• Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills.
