We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team in the recruitment and immigration industry in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the recruitment and immigration sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Present and promote our services to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements and provide tailored recruitment and immigration solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and build the company’s presence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve personal sales skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or immigration industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
