Job Title: Sales Agent (Independent Contractor, Commission-Based with potential for monthly retainer)

To support our continued growth we are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our commercial team.

Job Summary:
As an independent Sales Agent contractor, you will play a crucial role in driving new business by identifying and developing leads within your assigned territory. This commission-based position rewards your efforts in closing sales and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their sourcing needs, and guiding them through the order process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential leads within your target market.
• Reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, networking events, social media) to generate interest in our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sourcing requirements and providing suitable solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales initiatives and market insights.

Compensation:
• This position is commission-based (with a monthly retainer during the training period)), allowing for unlimited earning potential. As an independent contractor, you will receive commission payments upon placing successful orders, with the possibility of bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a sourcing, procurement, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the global sourcing industry is advantageous.
