Kinetic is working with a multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Analyst to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to pharmaceutical products, sales, and market performance.
- Generate actionable insights and trends by interpreting large datasets.
- Responsible for developing and managing BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by running regular data validation checks.
- Support business units by providing data-driven recommendations for improving performance and decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and analytical tools to support business decision making and dive deep into activities.

- Bachelor's degree in data science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI and technical know-how of advanced analytical tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical databases and commercial business knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage.
