Sales Analyst - 6 Month Contract

Job description / Role

Inside this organization, the mission consists in:

- CISMEA Sales Operations holds the responsibility of consolidating a Year and Half Financial Forecast on CISMEA (Common Independent States & Turkey; Middle East and Africa) Markets on both Banking and Telco Business Units; as well as defining the associated Month Over Month Variance; Highlights & Low lights in order support various stakeholders in their Objectives: Financial Controller (Budgeting & Month End Closing); Solution Sales Directors & Management (Strategic Planning); and Delivery Team (Resource Allocation). The Financial Forecast process includes the Following Tasks:

- Monthly Sales Reviews conducted with Sales Teams to measure the revenue expected from contracts in commercial Phase.
- Monthly Delivery Reviews conducted with Delivery Team to review the revenue expected from On-Going projects.
- Monthly Reviews with Finance conducted to review the revenue that entered the books.
- Consolidation of Financial Forecast & Reporting: Consolidation of the Financial Forecast after the reviews are conducted and reporting about the Monthly figures to Management in a Monthly Presentation referred to as Pipe Review.

In addition to the Forecasting Process CISMEA Sales Operations will be responsible of Reporting to Delivery team about the Projects that are likely to be won in the Short Term (0-3 Months) and the Long Term (3-9 Months) in order to support the Team in their Resource allocation task, this process is referred to as Slotting (for Short Term bi-weekly report); and Master Plan (for Long Term Monthly Report).

- Experience in Solutions & Services business to Mobile & Banking sectors
- Proficient in MS applications: Excel Advanced & PowerPoint
- Strong oral & written communications skills in English
